Consult (k n-sult) Church Life Strategies partners with organizations to provide tactical guidance and customized solutions for ministries of all types.

Connect (k -nekt) By connecting ministries to the best resources and solution providers, CLS is a true "infomediary" for Christian organizations. We have coined the term, "resourceology" (www.resourceology.com) to describe our passion to connect kingdom enterprises with the best resources available.

Construct (k n-strukt) From discipleship design to campus development, Church Life adds value to Christian ministry by assisting in the planning and development of discipleship ministries, new construction, or the formation of current generation network organizations.

 

• John Herring, President
John has over 20 years of church staff experience.  He has served as an Administrative Pastor, Discipleship Pastor, Minister of Education and Church Administrator for most of those years.  He is passionate about discipleship as a lifestyle, not only for the individual Christian, but also for the entire church.  John has a Masters of Religious Education and the Doctor of Educational Ministries Degree. His strengths lie in the areas of strategic planning, discipleship education and campus development.  Prior to birthing Church Life Strategies, John was one of the Pastors for The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham.

 

• Jerri Herring, Church Growth Consultant
Jerri serves as the Executive Director of the Baptist Association of Christian Educators, www.baptisteducators.org and as Minister of Education at the First Baptist Church of Alabaster, Alabama.  Most will know her from her years as a Growth Consultant for LifeWay and her work with local churches across the country.  Most recently, Jerri was the Minister of Leadership Development at Clearview Baptist Church in Franklin, Tennessee.
Mrs. Herring assists her son, Dr. John Herring in the areas of Strategic Planning, Discipleship Design and New Member Assimilation.
